Wheat: why you should avoid this food, and because it is the tree of life

Wheat bread and pasta are often referred to as "staff of life." In fact, the wheat is one of the unhealthiest foods that we use as a staple of the Western diet, next to sugar. We all know that sugar has a high glycemic index; rot our teeth, suppresses our immune system and contributes significantly to ill health and disease. Wheat products can really be a bad as table sugar? The facts are clear and wheat has a negative impact on your health.
